In this interview, we are talking with Val Duffey, Chief Human Resources Officer.‍

Val is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer whose corporate career spans 25 years working in financial and professional services organizations such as KPMG, Aviva and BMO. Most recently she was CHRO at Pearson airport where her mandate was to transform the culture, leadership and workforce there to meet the demands of unprecedented growth. 

Val's 'sweet spot' is creating business-centric strategy, developing future-focused leaders, and driving transformational change within complex, innovative, customer-centric organizations. She is actually in a search for her next CHRO role, and her current focus is on building insights about how organizations are leading through the pandemic, and what they need to consider in order to win and thrive in the emerging world of work.
